Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for economic goals and quality assurance
- Care and maintenance of customer relationships
- Organization and handling of service and special orders including calculation
- Coordination, documentation, and optimization of workflows
- Execution of quality controls and material disposition
- Consulting and preparation of offers for additional orders
- Implementation of maintenance planning and management of subcontractors
- Participation in customer meetings and project administration Responsibility for the IHP area as well as on-call service
Your profile:
- Completed technical or manual vocational training or training as a federally certified janitor
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Several years of experience in technical and infrastructural building maintenance
- Organizational and communication talent as well as teamwork skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good IT user skills (MS Office: Word, Excel)
- Clean criminal record and driving license category B (mandatory)
