- Deployment planning of the vehicle fleet according to ecological and economic aspects
- Management and support of drivers
- Clarifications in case of irregularities and special features
- Professional experience as a transport dispatcher
- Commercial and/or technical training or further education
- Extensive knowledge of Swiss geography
- Resilient and flexible personality
- Reliable, precise, and team-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts (04:00-13:00 and 12:00-21:00)
- Driving licence category C/E desired
