To support our team, we are looking for an:
Human Resources Assistant (m/f/d)
In the versatile and responsible role as an HR assistant, your tasks will include:
- Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks related to personnel management
- Participating in applicant management, including maintaining applicant data and coordinating appointments
- Managing and maintaining personnel files in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Assisting in the creation, implementation, and further development of HR policies and processes
- Supporting the HR team in ongoing HR projects
- Close collaboration with the various departments in the hotel
You will convince us with the following qualities:
- Ongoing or completed training in Human Resources, hospitality, or a comparable field
- Interest in personnel-related topics and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of labor law and personnel administration
- You inspire us with empathy, positivity, and are a true people person
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High reliability, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
