Then we are looking for you. Immediately or by arrangement, we are seeking a
Team Leader 70 – 100%
Your tasks:
- You lead a care team of around 20 employees both personnel-wise and organisationally.
- In this role, you create duty rosters and take responsibility for deployment plans.
- You recruit, accompany, assess, and promote the employees.
- You lead meetings and participate in projects and working groups.
- You share responsibility for implementing strategic and operational goals.
- You regularly undertake care rounds yourself to stay close to the action and understand what moves your team.
- Ideally, you take on vocational training tasks at the secondary level (FaGe, AGS).
Your profile:
- You have professional and leadership experience in a similar environment.
- You have completed at least one training as a Health Specialist (FaGe).
- You work solution-, process- and result-oriented.
- You have business management knowledge.
- A respectful, empathetic, and motivating approach is important to you.

Spitex Gäu is the largest Spitex organisation in the canton of Solothurn and provides professional and comprehensive care and support at home on behalf of the municipalities of Egerkingen, Gunzgen, Härkingen, Kappel, Neuendorf, Niederbuchsiten, Oberbuchsiten, and Oensingen.
In addition to outpatient basic care, we provide specialised services in the areas of palliative and dementia care, psychiatry, and wound consultation. Additional services such as care, foot care, and transport complete our range of services.
