You will perform assignments in basic and treatment care for our clients
You conduct needs assessments with interRAI-HC at the client’s location
You create nursing documentation and individual care planning
You advise and support our clients and their relatives
You are flexible and used to working independently
You have a high level of professional and social competence

What You Bring

Training as a certified nursing specialist
Professional experience in the home care sector and interRAI-HC
Perigon experience is an advantage
You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
It is an advantage if you own a car and live in the region
