Your tasks with the new employer:

• The professional management of real estate accounting is one of your core tasks, ensuring the correct posting of rental properties and condominium ownership
• You independently prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for various real estate portfolios and ensure reliable financial reporting
• You continuously optimise existing accounting processes, internal control mechanisms, and digital interfaces to sustainably improve efficiency and data quality
• In close coordination with various specialist departments, you analyse business management issues and provide meaningful financial key figures as a basis for decision-making

You offer your new employer:

• You have held the professional certificate for several years and have since successfully applied your in-depth expertise in professional practice
• At least three years of experience in real estate accounting as well as very good German language skills enable you to independently handle demanding financial processes and closings
• With strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and a high sense of responsibility, you convince in exchanges with internal and external stakeholders
