These tasks await you

• Preparation and cooking of various dishes in our à la carte restaurants as well as in the seminar and banquet area
• Working and complying with operational guidelines (HACCP / food regulations)
• Creative co-design of dessert dishes
• Ordering and inventory of fresh and stored goods
• Various cleaning tasks in the kitchen and associated storage areas

What you bring

• Work experience in the kitchen - completed training as a cook EFZ is an advantage
• Organisational personality and independent working style
• Confident appearance in front of guests
• Team-oriented cooperation
• Keeping up with trends
• Flexible work attitude on weekends and public holidays
