Occupational Pension Manager (100%)

Your profile

• 2-5 years of experience in the field of occupational pension;
• Native French speaker, knowledge of German (B2), or English (B2) required;
• High rigor, interpersonal skills, sense of service, organization and communication skills, autonomy, and team spirit.

Your responsibilities

• Advise and inform clients (insured and/or employees) on all aspects related to occupational pension;
• Handle all tasks related to the occupational pension of the insured, from their affiliation to their exit (processing changes, encouragement to home ownership, divorce in occupational pension, buyback, etc.);
• Manage work incapacity in coordination with the pension fund reinsurer and the client’s human resources;
• Support annual closing tasks, including reconciliations between management and accounting;
• Collaborate with experts, actuaries, accountants, and lawyers.
