What you will achieve with us

• You will independently plan and lead short- and long-term projects in the field of coating technology
• You will assist in the development of new recipes and formulations to offer our customers innovative solutions
• You will engage in project management, including scheduling, resource planning, and budget control
• You will check, analyse, and document results to ensure the quality of our products
• Additionally, you will support the sales team with technical questions and requirements

• You have completed training as a laboratory technician, paint technician, or hold a B.Sc. in colour and paint or chemistry
• You have professional experience in the paint industry
• You possess good German and English skills to communicate effectively in an international environment
• You demonstrate strong teamwork, independence, pronounced creativity, and above-average innovative thinking
