For our IB Atelier, we are always looking for talented draft architects!

Job description:

You think strategically about competitions and design with clarity, precision, and ambition.

At IB, you work on complex competitions and studies in national and international contexts. You develop strong architectural concepts, translate complex requirements into clear and convincing design proposals, and advance projects with a high degree of independence. In close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, you combine conceptual thinking, architectural excellence, and a structured working method to create demanding architectural solutions.

What we expect from you:

Completed architecture studies (ETH/FH or equivalent)

At least 3 years of professional experience in competition work

Strong design skills and experience with complex construction tasks

Good knowledge of Vectorworks, Rhino, Revit, and the Adobe Suite

Independent, precise, and structured working style

Team-oriented attitude and high standards for architectural quality

Good German skills; additional national languages and English are an advantage
