About the job
Organisational talent wanted: in the thick of things, not just on the sidelines.
For over 25 years, we have been developing and realising our residential construction projects from A to Z ourselves – as an owner-managed company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths. Many threads come together in our Realisation department: from execution planning to construction management to buyer support. To ensure our projects run smoothly, we are looking for a reliable and highly organised individual who keeps an overview, thinks ahead, and administratively supports our team.
Your role:
Many threads come together in the Realisation department: from execution planning to construction management to buyer support. You are the administrative hub, supporting the department management as well as the construction and project managers in daily business and ensuring that appointments, information, and documents are reliably coordinated.
Your area of responsibility:
- Maintaining and updating project documents (organisational charts, schedules, project reports, performance planning)
- Supporting construction and project managers with tenders and awards: from the invitation to tender through offer evaluation and award requests to the dispatch of contracts
- Administrative support of projects during realisation (invoices, change orders, protocols of additional and reduced costs, construction documentation)
- Managing the construction administration software Messerli
- Organising construction site events (groundbreaking, topping-out ceremony) and information evenings for buyers
- Assisting with project follow-up (contractor evaluations, key figures)
- Organising, preparing, and attending meetings including minute-taking
What we offer:
- A versatile hub function with direct contact to management and construction professionals
- Independence and responsibility: you set priorities and contribute your ideas to improve processes
- Insight into exciting residential construction projects across all realisation phases
- An open, dynamic, and interdisciplinary team with a great team spirit
- Long-term workload for innovative projects with reference character
- Modern office infrastructure in the heart of Zurich
- Flexible working time models with part-time options
- Support for individual further training
What you bring:
- Completed commercial basic training (EFZ)
- At least 3 years of experience as an administrative officer, ideally in construction management or realisation, preferably in an SME
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office or Open Office; experience with Messerli BAUAD is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to set priorities and think holistically
- Understanding of construction and planning processes as well as administrative contract matters is an advantage
- Very good, confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Reliable, resilient, and helpful team player with enjoyment in contact with people and confident demeanour
