• Independently planning, prioritising and handling tasks while adhering to applicable quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Proposing optimisations for workflows
• Assisting with support for daily living activities
• Involvement in nursing measures and forwarding observations
• Accurate maintenance of nursing documentation
• Contact with relatives of assigned residents
