These tasks will inspire you

• Carrying out general caretaking, cleaning, and surrounding area work as well as performing minor repair and maintenance tasks
• Ensuring smooth building operations and guaranteeing the operational readiness and functionality of the technical building systems
• Independent planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing maintenance and servicing work
• Taking over winter services as well as performing on-call and standby duties according to deployment planning
• Coordination, accompaniment, and supervision of external service providers, craft businesses, and suppliers
• Participation in minor conversion, extension, and renovation projects
• Taking over holiday and absence cover within the caretaking team

• Completed basic craft training (preferably in a profession such as electrician, plumber, or a comparable field)
• Professional experience in caretaking or technical building maintenance is an advantage
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style as well as high commitment and physical resilience
• Versatility, manual skills, and a strong service orientation
• Driving licence categories B and BE
• Business fluent German skills

LANDI Bachtel is an agricultural cooperative with around 180 employees. We support farmers in the Zurich Oberland region in the economic development of their businesses. With our LANDI and Volg shops as well as the AGROLA filling stations and TopShops, we supply the population with food, everyday goods, and energy. In addition, we manage and rent out properties in the region.
