Sales Administrator Internal Sales 80-100% (m/f)
In this versatile hub function, you support sales in internal and external sales with technically oriented administrative tasks in the areas of purchasing, marketing, budget planning, and warehouse management.
What you can achieve with us
- Support of product managers and product specialists in sales administration, marketing measures, presentations, statistics, and organizational clarifications
- Consulting and support of technical sales advisors and sales partners in the assigned area, including order processing and support in daily business
- Planning, control, and management of the warehouse
- Comprehensive order processing and control from order receipt to invoicing
- Maintenance and optimization of system data for smooth order processing
- Creation of customer offers for technical sales advisors and sales partners (basic knowledge)
- Close cooperation with internal and external sales, regional centers, workshop, logistics, spare parts warehouse, and administration
- Creation and processing of handover documents including application for warranty extensions
- Key user for the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 (process optimization, user support, testing, training)
- Responsibility for the existing CRM module in D365 (data quality, further development, user support, training)
What you bring to your role
- Completed commercial or technical basic training, ideally in agricultural technology, supplemented by appropriate further training
- Solid business management knowledge
- Experience in sales or trade, preferably in a technical environment
- Strong communication skills and high social competence
- Very good user knowledge of common IT programs
- Very good German or French skills (native language) with very good knowledge of the other language; additionally basic knowledge of English
