Residential Area Manager 80-100%
Your tasks
- You lead a nursing team professionally and personally and ensure the care processes of your department
- You lead by example every day and motivate your team to perform at their best
- Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organise the daily care
- You ensure the flow of information to the residents, their relatives, and the nursing team
Your profile
- A qualification as a registered nurse
- Leadership experience in a similar position, preferably with relevant training
- You have an interest in care development and improving care quality
- You possess good organisational skills and good PC knowledge
- Your German language skills, both spoken and written, are very good
