Nurse Specialist HF/FH
Workload: 40%Ward/Department: Psychotherapy Ward with a focus on Depression (German/English)
Additional benefit for nurses working shifts: 37-hour week

Your tasks:
- Work on an open ward focusing on depression treatment and burnout in English
- Individual treatment of mentally ill people with coordination and planning in the interdisciplinary team
- Implementation of primary nursing and ensuring the nursing process
- Leading inpatient nursing therapeutic group sessions
- Working in shift service: early shift/late shift/weekends
- Supporting the further development of the inpatient treatment setting and actively participating in the implementation of new projects
Your profile:
- Qualification as a certified nurse specialist HF/FH/DNII (recognition certificate for foreign diplomas)
- High professional and social competence
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary team culture
- Interest in further development, participation in internal training
- Flexibility, resilience as well as teamwork and humour
- Solution-oriented working style and networked thinking
- Confident German in spoken and written form, good English skills desired
- High customer orientation with good manners
