Tasks
- Conduct home visits for preschool children in Bülach and Dielsdorf.
- Familiarize families with early intervention programs and accompany them.
- Collaborate closely with the project coordinator and attend training sessions.
Skills
- Experience in migration and fluency in French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.
- Strong social skills and flexibility are essential.
- Knowledge of family centers and preschool offerings is a plus.

Children, adolescents, and families are at the center of our work. We dedicate ourselves to them daily with great passion and commitment. Within the framework of the Zurich Integration Agenda (IAZH), the district offices of Bülach and Dielsdorf have expanded their services. Native-speaking companions, so-called key persons, inform, accompany, and network refugee families with preschool children and status S, N, F, and B in the districts of Bülach and Dielsdorf to offers that are interesting for them.
We are looking for immediate or agreed start
a companion for the languages French, Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Italian.
The position is initially limited until the end of 2027.
Your main tasks:
- Home visits to families with preschool children in the municipalities of the districts of Bülach and Dielsdorf
- Make early support offers known to families and accompany families there
- Networking with local early support offers
- Close cooperation and coaching with the project coordinator
- Regular participation in case discussions, meetings, and training sessions
You bring:
- Migration experience and fluent oral and written skills in several of the above-mentioned languages
- Good knowledge of German (level B2)
- High independence, flexibility, and social skills
- Knowledge of offers such as family centers, playgroups, daycares, etc.
- If possible, experience in similar fields of activity
