As part of our BizTX team, you connect the Neuenegg site with the global IT of Twinings-Ovomaltine and the Associated British Foods (ABF) group. You ensure that central services work locally and make a real impact in everyday life. In doing so, often behind the scenes, you make a decisive contribution to stable processes, high quality, security, and efficient production.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
IT System Engineer – Ovomaltine (m/f/d) 100%
- Operations: You ensure the stable operation of local IT – from workplace technologies to production-critical systems
- Coordination: You are the local escalation point of contact on site and coordinate incidents with global teams and external partners
- Business Partnering: You support production, engineering, and business in IT matters and translate requirements into functioning solutions
- Projects & Changes: You accompany projects, rollouts, and changes and ensure that new technologies take effect in everyday life
- System Support: You maintain and support local applications and infrastructure (hands-on & hands-and-eyes)
- Governance: You ensure that systems are operated documentedly, securely, and compliantly
- Further Development: You actively contribute to improvements and further develop our IT services
- On-call Duty: You take on a rotating on-call duty (extended office hours) within the team to ensure IT operations outside working hours.
- Training: You have training in computer science (system technology) or a comparable qualification
- Experience: You bring several years of experience in a system engineer / IT operations role
- Technologies: You have practical experience with Microsoft technologies (M365, Windows, AD; Azure is an advantage)
- Know-how: You have a good understanding of infrastructure, network, and IT security
- Environment: Ideally, you have experience in a production or industrial environment
- Working Style: You have a strong customer orientation and work in a structured, solution-oriented manner with ownership
- Communication: You communicate clearly and gladly with different stakeholders
- Languages: You have very good German and English skills
- 5 weeks holiday, at least
