Your Tasks
- Active contact maintenance with direct customers and agencies
- Customer support including telephone sales of our product range
- Support and relief of the field sales consulting
- Preparation of offers, mailings and monitoring of appointments
- Independent correspondence with our customers
- Administrative work in the back office
- Maintenance and upkeep of the CRM system

- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
