Your mission:

• Welcome children and their families respectfully and kindly

• Ensure the child’s psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being

• Have a duty to alert on any breach of safety and well-treatment rules and a duty of prevention and protection of the child

• Collaborate and communicate actively with the site management and the entire educational team

• Share observations with the educational team

• Contribute to creating a pleasant working environment respecting the group’s values and each individual’s personality

Your profile:

• Person aged 20 or over, with proven educational experience with children, or parental experience, or at least 6 months’ experience in child care assistance

• French-speaking, with good oral English skills or native English speaker or fluent oral English with good French knowledge if applying for an English-speaking position

• Good interpersonal skills

• Versatility, flexibility and enthusiasm

• Work ethic and reliability

• Good communication skills, listening ability and team spirit
