Commercial Intern Customer Service
Your new tasks
During your internship, you will be introduced to various administrative tasks in the customer service area. Your responsibilities will particularly include the following activities:
- Monitoring of order disposition lists
- Order processing, scheduling, and disposition of customer service orders
- Communication with customers and internal departments
- Telephone acceptance of complaints
- Processing of electronic incoming communications
- Various administrative tasks
You bring with you
- You have attended commercial or business school and are looking for a one-year commercial internship to obtain the commercial diploma
- You enjoy working independently and have good PC user skills as well as good oral and written knowledge of German and preferably French
