Hotel Service Staff 70% - 80%

Your Tasks

• Reception and care of patients up to the discharge process
• Beverage, meal and snack service
• Preparation and follow-up of patient rooms upon admission and discharge
• Management of materials, laundry and consumables
• Management of the ward kitchen
• Close cooperation with nursing, kitchen, cleaning, cafeteria and logistics
• Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety regulations

Your Profile

• Completed training as a system catering specialist or hotel and housekeeping specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Practical/professional experience in a comparable position
• Resilience and independent, precise working style
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Strong service orientation and high team spirit
• Confident handling of patient ordering system Logimen or similar software
• Strong organisational talent and structured, independent, service-oriented working style
• Flawless written and spoken German skills
• The regular working hours are planned from Monday to Sunday, initially between 06:30 and 15:30, shift work may be added at a later date.
