Backoffice Sales Specialist (80 - 100%)
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for processing orders from B2B resellers assigned to your team and ensure that the right products are delivered at the right price, in the right quantity, and to the right place.
- You manage specific administrative tasks for the department, such as handling "End of Life" items, processing cancellation requests, managing order blocks, etc., and respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery times and product availability.
- In your new work environment, you are also the central coordination point between sales, other internal departments, manufacturers, and customers.
- You actively support us in optimising processes (e.g., integrating artificial intelligence) to improve profitability and efficiency.
Your profile
- You have a commercial education or a diploma in retail trade complemented by commercial training.
- Professional experience in a similar role.
- You are used to working independently and process-oriented and demonstrate a strong customer service mindset.
- You are proactive, determined, and persuasive, with a professional presentation, good interpersonal skills, and excellent communication.
- You possess excellent knowledge of French and basic English skills.
