Employee for Care Subsidies (fixed-term) 40%FORWARD-LOOKING AND CONNECTED THINKING
The Secondary and Vocational Education Office is the centre of expertise and services for vocational education, grammar schools, higher vocational education, and continuing education in the Canton of Zurich. We support and supervise secondary schools, vocational schools, providers of preparatory vocational years, and training companies. We are looking for an employee for care subsidies (40%) from 1 November 2026 (fixed-term for 4 months).
Your area of responsibility
You will assist in the implementation of the care initiative in the Canton of Zurich and support the awarding of care subsidies for students to secure their livelihood. The substantive examination and processing of digitally submitted applications is your core task. You are the contact person for applicants to clarify open questions via various communication channels. Additionally, we welcome it if you bring creative ideas into product communication and implement them where possible (e.g. design and further development of our digital communication channels such as website, explanatory videos, and newsletter).
Your profile
You want to gain initial professional experience or have already gained experience and/or are currently in a professional interim phase. You are IT-savvy, enjoy working in an organised manner, and take pleasure in supporting people. You approach tasks carefully, structured, and independently and appreciate contact with clients. You bring initiative, enjoy thinking creatively, and want to make a positive impact with your work. At the same time, you enjoy working in a team, communicate openly and straightforwardly, and contribute to good collaboration. Experience or interest in communication, digital media, or media technology is a plus.
