Nurse Specialist APN (m/f/d) 80%
Your tasks
- Your area of deployment includes five acute wards: 3 general psychiatric in Lucerne and 2 in Sarnen, with a new treatment concept (integrated care in all settings from inpatient to home treatment with the "Weddinger Model" and "Open Dialogue")
- Work in direct clinical practice in cooperation with social networks
- Consultation and coaching of treatment teams
- Further development of interdisciplinary treatment concepts involving the target groups
- Design, implementation and evaluation of workshops
- Leadership and participation in internal and regional projects
- Professional leadership and collaboration with the nursing specialists as well as within the nurse specialist team
- Participation in specialist networks and attendance at congresses
- Co-supervision of student internships (Bachelor/Master)
Your profile
- Completed Master’s degree in nursing science or willingness to complete one
- Professional experience as a nurse in a psychiatric environment
- Willingness to complete the "Open Dialogue" training
- Strong initiative and self-organisation
- Trialogical thinking and approach
- Willingness to innovate and enthusiasm to develop your own APN role and drive change processes forward
- Experience in project management
