These are your tasks

Operationally lead a team of 8 to 10 employees and up to 5 temporary staff
Be responsible for new and conversion construction in line and plant construction as well as maintenance work
Plan deployments of assembly groups according to project planning and coordinate with engineering and construction companies
Ensure compliance with occupational safety, technical regulations, standards, and instructions
Further develop and promote the organizational unit
Perform on-call duty

This is what sets you apart

Basic training as a network electrician or electrical installer EFZ with further training to become a certified network electrician master or higher technical school technician HF
Several years of experience in network construction electricity, preferably with initial leadership experience
In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering
Good MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge are an advantage
Reliable, independent, flexible, and resilient personality with strong communication skills
Driver's license category B
