Your Tasks

• Organisational and personnel management of the plastic production department with approx. 40 employees
• Leading and developing the team as well as defining and maintaining qualification requirements for employees
• Conducting and documenting employee interviews and potential assessments as well as carrying out training
• Coordinating, planning and monitoring employee deployment and the associated equipment and work tools
• Strategic further development of the department and active support of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ensuring and enforcing the quality and safety culture as well as continuous improvement of the organisation and processes

What Convince Us

• Successfully completed vocational training in the subject area or related field as well as further training at HF or FH level
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in an industrial environment or in a comparable specialist area, preferably in the composite sector, as well as good knowledge of the processes and procedures in the department
• Proficient in using MS Office programmes and SAP
• Very good German (C1) and good English skills (B2) in spoken and written form
• High commitment and flexibility as well as practical and structured working methods
• Good knowledge of the processes and procedures in the department as well as recipient-oriented communication skills
