Market Manager swissporECORIT / 100 %

• Responsibility for the technical support and further development of internal insulation systems (swissporECORIT) as well as external insulation systems (ETICS)
• Instruction of first-time users in application, system structure and procedural steps
• Support of projects from feasibility study to implementation including advice and on-site control at construction sites
• Assessment of risks, preparation of expert reports and ensuring the proper application of the systems
• Approval of individual components such as adhesives, base plasters, coatings and fastenings as well as accompanying the systems to market maturity
• Central interface function between wholesale, production, specialist departments (structural shell, interior finishing, façade), product management as well as research & development
• Development of innovative solutions, for example in the area of hail protection or sustainable system optimisations
• Ensuring complete system documentation as well as accompanying certifications (e.g. EAD / DIBt)
• Promotion of cross-site exchange within the swisspor group and active identification of trends and optimisation potentials
• Representation of the company at specialist conferences as well as maintenance of the network with universities and testing institutes

• Several years of experience as an entrepreneur or in a managerial position (e.g. construction manager, foreman) in the field of insulation technology
• Sound knowledge in façade, interior and ceiling insulation
• Very high construction technical competence with a focus on quality and attention to detail
• Broad experience in substrates and system structures, constructive detail solutions, critical interfaces (base, window, roof), processing and application technology
• Experience in tendering, costing and quotation preparation
• Confident handling of clients, architects and planners
• Strong skills in sales, consulting and networking
• Service-oriented, communicative and engaging personality
• Experience in training and instruction of professionals is an advantage
