WHAT YOU DO
As a Department Manager, you lead and support your team and foster an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. You ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in the store.
You:
- ensure a strong visual and commercial presentation to provide a great shopping experience for our customers, using service tools.
- analyse sales and budget targets, develop optimisation measures.
- plan tasks and staff deployment efficiently, ensuring the smooth running of all operational processes – from the sales floor to storage areas, as well as till and fitting room routines, and daily store opening and closing.
- have the ability to express yourself clearly and service-oriented in German (at least B2 level).
- develop your team strategically through targeted recruiting, onboarding, regular feedback discussions, performance evaluations, and individual development.
