immediately as a nursing specialist HF/FH and start of NDS from 01.02.2027 depending on employment level
Your area of responsibility
- two-year practice-oriented training to become a certified expert in emergency nursing NDS HF
- care of patients of all ages in a versatile emergency centre
- participation in the care of acutely ill and injured patients from various specialties
- learning and deepening skills in the fields of internal medicine, surgery, orthopaedics,
gynaecology, urology, psychiatry and other specialties - taking responsibility in a dynamic working environment with seasonal fluctuations and a broad patient spectrum
- close interprofessional collaboration with nursing, doctors and other professional groups
- linking theoretical knowledge with practical implementation in everyday professional life
- progressive acquisition of skills through alternating between theoretical lessons at the Bern Nursing Education Centre and practical implementation at the learning location practice in Interlaken Hospital
What you bring with you
- tertiary level qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF or Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH or an equivalent, SBFI-recognised, registered foreign diploma
- one year of professional experience after completion of diploma training in an acute care ward
- very good German and good English skills (additional language skills are an advantage)
- enjoyment of a varied and
demanding working environment - motivation to take responsibility and actively participate
- commitment, willingness to learn and readiness to
invest in your own professional development - resilience and a positive approach to
challenging situations - team spirit and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
