Your Tasks

• Advising and serving our customers (mainly installers)
• Responding to customer enquiries by email/phone and providing technical information
• Recording delivery notes using IT (SAP)
• Checking incoming goods as well as picking and preparing goods
• Internal warehouse management

Your Profile

• Training as a sanitary installer
• Several years of professional experience, preferably as a service technician
• Commercial knowledge is an advantage
• Good PC and MS Office skills; SAP R/3 knowledge is an advantage
• Likeable, team-oriented and customer-focused personality
