Job DescriptionYou will be thrilled by the following tasks:
- Advising and supporting customers across the entire product range in German/French/Italian.
- Providing technical information and developing customer-specific solutions.
- Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of quotations & orders.
- Processing orders and handling invoicing.
- Maintaining customer master data as well as general administrative tasks.
- Your colleagues in field sales will actively support you and act as the interface to the various departments.
We are excited if you bring the following:
- Basic training in the sanitary, heating or electrical sector
- Further education or experience in the administrative or commercial field
- Native German, French and/or Italian at B2-C1 level is mandatory
- Technically proficient with the ability to quickly grasp connections
- Very good knowledge and use of MS Office
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in dynamic situations
- Enjoy working and communicating with various stakeholders
- Service-oriented, independent, resilient and loyal
