Property Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Support and Contact Person: Take care of tenants’ needs and work closely with external partners such as craftsmen and caretakers as well as internal partners like construction management and owner representation.
- Lease Management: Organise re-lettings, conclude lease agreements, and conduct apartment inspections and handovers.
- Marketing: Take over the marketing and initial letting of new properties and plan and ensure the maintenance of properties.
- Budget and Cost Control: Prepare property budgets and monitor ancillary costs and property accounts to ensure financial health.
- Project Support: Play a central role in property development and renovation projects and accompany the marketing process closely and competently.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Real Estate: Ideally, you have a federal professional certificate and/or several years of experience in managing residential properties.
- Language Skills: Your mother tongue is German or French, and you have very good command of the other language, both spoken and written.
- Communication Skills: You enjoy using the French language daily and have strong communication abilities.
