Clerk After Sales & Repair Service 80-100%

For our Customer Service Team, we are looking for support as a Clerk After Sales & Repair Service (80 - 100%) as soon as possible.

In this versatile role, you are a central contact person for our repair and after-sales processes. You coordinate the procedures between our customers, respectively the specialist dealers, the Customer Service, and the repair workshop.

Your responsibilities include in particular:

• Telephone and written customer contact to handle repair requests as well as advice on product-related questions in the after-sales area. This in German, English, and French.
• You handle the comprehensive order processing of repairs and spare parts deliveries (organization of pickups and shipping of repaired umbrellas, processing of goods receipt, ordering of spare parts)
• Clarifications with the technical staff
• Creating offers as well as creating and posting invoices

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Professional experience in customer service, ideally in after-sales or technical support
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Very good language skills in German and English, preferably also in French
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style
