Project Manager Smoke Extraction (m/f/d) 80-100%

JOMOS Fire Protection AG, based in Balsthal with around 180 employees, is a leading company in the exciting field of technical fire protection. Since 2018, the company has been part of the international VINCI Group. For the smoke extraction business unit, we are looking for an experienced and committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

• Managing independent projects in the field of smoke control pressure systems (RDA) as well as mechanical smoke and heat extraction systems (MRWA) - from planning to billing
• Responsibility for technical development, quality, costs and deadlines across all SIA phases
• Main contact person for customers, planners and executing companies
• Coordinating internal and external interfaces (electrical, ventilation, general contractor etc.)
• You manage projects economically and keep control of budget, change orders and billing
• Active participation in optimising processes and solutions

• Basic training as an electrician, ventilation technician or comparable qualification
• Further training as a technical merchant, project manager or similar
• Several years of experience in project management in the construction or technical sector
• Experience in the field of smoke extraction is an advantage
• Interest in deepening your knowledge in the field of smoke extraction
• You work independently, take responsibility and present yourself confidently to customers and partners
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
