As a Production Operator (m/f/d) in Chocolate you are responsible for independently operating all equipment in the work area, observing all quality requirements, safety regulations, and cost aspects of the area.
Your tasks
Operation of all equipment and recording of relevant data in the work area and documentation according to ISO
Assisting in ensuring the necessary product samples for assessing the final product quality as well as performing quality checks according to specification and adjusting process parameters/machine settings in case of deviations
Timely provision of necessary materials in the work area and carrying out changeovers as well as active participation in the continuous improvement process
Strict adherence to all safety regulations and participation in the corresponding training measures
Independent execution of setup/maintenance and repair work in the area as well as cleaning the work area according to specified standards to ensure production hygiene
Initiation of equipment and process optimisations in cooperation with the responsible departments
Participation in project teams if required
Participation in further training measures, especially when introducing new production equipment, in consultation with the supervisor
Your profile
Completed technical or food-related training
Professional experience in production
Willingness to work in a multi-shift system
