For our regional centre in Gettnau we are looking for reinforcement for our team immediately or by arrangement as:

Workshop Manager Concrete, Tunnel and Mining Technology 100% (m/f)

What you can achieve with us

• Personnel and technical leadership as well as further development of about 10 service technicians
• Interface between customer and workshop
• Receipt of service, workshop and spare parts orders, technical customer advice
• Responsibility for planning, organisation and optimisation of workshop processes
• Deployment and capacity planning of service technicians and work preparation (AVOR) of workshop and service orders
• Result responsibility for productivity, quality, efficiency, meeting deadlines, wage turnover and reporting
• Ensuring efficient order processing from planning through cost estimates to invoicing
• Ensuring work safety, orderliness and compliance with management processes
• Technical support for complex tasks as well as close collaboration with the Service Manager and other teams and departments of Robert Aebi AG

What you bring to your role

• Basic training as an agricultural machinery, construction machinery or truck mechanic
• Initial leadership experience in workshop management/service area management or as a reception advisor for heavy commercial vehicles
• Further training as a workshop manager or master workshop technician is an advantage
• Strong organisational and planning skills as well as high quality and safety orientation
• Service-oriented personality with networked thinking and healthy assertiveness
• Good communication skills
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written; French and Italian are an advantage
• Good user knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
