- Independently carrying out the monthly payroll for our employees in Western Switzerland
- Ensuring and supporting a correct and timely monthly payroll processing
- Recording and controlling the monthly variable data (changes, entries, exits, etc.)
- Supporting the monthly key figures (reporting)
- Responsible for maintaining personnel, master, and payroll data in the Swiss Salary System
- Advising and supporting employees and line managers and handling issues related to illnesses, accidents, retirement provisions, child allowances, and all other insurance-related questions
- Processing general personnel data and participating in HR projects
Requirements
- Commercial basic training with further education in HR
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in payroll or personnel
- Proactive, independent personality with analytical flair
- Flexible, always precise, and reliable working style, open mindset towards changes and optimizations
