About the job

• Leadership of the Liquidation & Disposal department including the locations Thun, Liq-Shops, Tech-Shop and Raron in close cooperation with internal and external contacts
• Ensuring compliance with IMS processes as well as quality, deadline and cost requirements in order and project processing, taking into account the requirements of the VBS / RUAG
• Responsibility for quality assurance, portfolio risk management, controlling and monitoring of department reporting
• Development and implementation of the current and future team strategy, taking into account cross-departmental requirements / strategies
• Support of superiors in the development, further development and implementation of the strategy
• Assumption of leadership tasks in accordance with the code of conduct and leadership principles of RUAG AG, including proactive communication and implementation of leadership processes
• Promotion of employees through targeted competence development, training and education to ensure specialist, process and product knowledge
• Preparation of the annual and corporate planning (budget) for the assigned cost centers and responsibility for compliance with the cost center budget
• Coordination of communication and cooperation with all internal and external stakeholders
• Participation in the development of new market opportunities and business possibilities

• Technical basic training, possibly training in the commercial field
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Hands-on mentality, high commitment and independent working style
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
• Fluent German skills
