Your Tasks

Caring for and supporting our residents in accordance with our mission statement and shaping this within the framework of the primary nursing model.
Professional execution of basic and treatment care
Complete documentation of care using careCoach according to RAI-LTCF guidelines
Regular assumption of daily responsibility
Ensuring a service- and resident-oriented, professional quality of care
Ensuring compliance with general hygiene regulations

What You Bring

You have completed vocational training as a FaGe, FA SRK (or equivalent diploma)
Ideally experience in geriatrics
Strong resilience and very good communication skills
You are committed to holistic care and support and gladly take on responsibility
You have good empathy and a quick grasp
Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
