The secretariats of Cardiology, Acute Geriatrics, Endocrinology with Dexa, Gastroenterology, Pneumology, Personnel Consultation, Laboratory IZ and EEG are united in the outpatient medical department. As part of this team, you have the opportunity to work in an exciting, broad field, to apply and further develop your skills.

Your Tasks
- Ensuring the smooth running of the medical outpatient clinic
- Scheduling outpatient, treatment and diagnostic appointments
- Performing specific diagnostic activities in the area of deployment with patient care and assistance during examinations
- Performing venous and capillary blood sampling
- Correction and dispatch of various outpatient reports, drafting various correspondences and, if necessary, taking minutes of various meetings
- Targeted support in process development
- Meticulous maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision) and acting as the telephone contact person for patients as well as internal and external partners
Your Profile
- A completed vocational training, preferably as an MPA with X-ray diploma, or health professional with willingness to obtain an X-ray diploma
- A strong affinity for handling medical-technical devices and PCs
- Confident German with sound terminology knowledge, reflecting our professionalism when correcting medical reports as well as handling all correspondence
- Forward-looking organisational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-focused and distinctly patient- and service-oriented personality
- Interest and enjoyment in the profession and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Willingness to contribute ideas, learn new things and help shape the further development of the outpatient clinics
