- Organisational, professional and personnel management (2 people) and further development of the Finance & Controlling department
- Responsibility for accounts receivable and payable, VAT returns, preparation of forecasts and annual accounts as well as investment and budget planning including reporting
- Financial support and controlling of investment projects as well as participation in city-wide projects
- Development and further enhancement of control instruments and key figures for the financial management of the Real Estate Division
- Preparation of decision-making bases for the division management, department management, city council and parliament
Your Profile
- University degree or equivalent education/training in finance or business administration (Federal Certificate in Finance and Accounting)
- Several years of professional experience in finance and controlling, ideally with leadership experience and sound knowledge in accounting, financial planning, budgeting and project controlling, accounting and financial statements
- High IT affinity and proficient use of ERP systems (Abacus advantageous)
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as a pronounced understanding of business contexts and digitalisation topics
- High personal responsibility, strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
