Working hours spread throughout the week (Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 23:00, on weekends and public holidays from 09:00 to 23:00)

Your Tasks
- You are part of the leadership team of the emergency practice and actively contribute your perspective to decisions and the further development of the practice.
- Together with the overall management, you take on the professional and organisational leadership of the MPA team and ensure a well-organised working day.
- You represent the concerns of the MPA team in the leadership team and ensure transparent information flow to the entire team.
- You coordinate the various areas of responsibility within the MPA team and accompany and support your colleagues in daily work.
- You conduct the location discussions of the MPA team and participate in hiring, introduction, and onboarding processes.
- Together with the overall management, you lead team meetings and actively participate in projects and further training.
- You actively contribute to the optimisation of processes as well as quality development and assurance in the emergency practice.
- You are an important contact person for MPA-specific concerns and promote an open, appreciative, and constructive collaboration within the interprofessional leadership team.
Your Profile
- Completed training as an MPA, FaGe or nursing professional, ideally with at least two years of professional experience as an MPA
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication, team, and leadership skills
- Professional, appreciative, and empathetic manner towards employees, patients, and their relatives
- Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment with varying workloads
- Quick comprehension, confident appearance, and high sense of responsibility
- Confident and solution-oriented handling of challenging and complex situations
- Ability to reflect and willingness for personal and professional development in the leadership role
