About the job
To strengthen our team on the ward for addiction disorders of all substances, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement
Tasks
- You care for, accompany and support people with multiple dependencies focusing on individual needs, promoting self-determination and activating resources
- Through your positive communication at eye level, you strengthen relationships, convey security and encourage patients' willingness to change
- You see yourself as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and share responsibility for the optimal implementation of a recovery-oriented approach
- You implement nursing interventions during the withdrawal and stabilisation phase and initiate appropriate measures in emergency and crisis situations
- Within the framework of the ward-specific tandem concept, you take on the role of key contact person
- You enjoy working mainly on the late shift
Profile
- Qualified nurse HF or FH
- Ideally, you have initial experience in the addiction field
- You are a person with high social competence and gladly take responsibility within your competencies
- You enjoy creatively contributing to the further development and optimisation of ward processes
- You approach new challenges in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner
- You are an optimistic, flexible and team-oriented personality with a great sense of humour
