To strengthen our team on the ward for addiction disorders of all substances, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement

• You care for, accompany and support people with multiple dependencies focusing on individual needs, promoting self-determination and activating resources
• Through your positive communication at eye level, you strengthen relationships, convey security and encourage patients' willingness to change
• You see yourself as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and share responsibility for the optimal implementation of a recovery-oriented approach
• You implement nursing interventions during the withdrawal and stabilisation phase and initiate appropriate measures in emergency and crisis situations
• Within the framework of the ward-specific tandem concept, you take on the role of key contact person
• You enjoy working mainly on the late shift

• Qualified nurse HF or FH
• Ideally, you have initial experience in the addiction field
• You are a person with high social competence and gladly take responsibility within your competencies
• You enjoy creatively contributing to the further development and optimisation of ward processes
• You approach new challenges in a solution-oriented and pragmatic manner
• You are an optimistic, flexible and team-oriented personality with a great sense of humour
