With us, you take responsibility for your installation team and coordinate the daily work on site. Together with project management, you ensure a safe, professional, and timely implementation of our electrical installation projects.

Your tasks as Site Manager / Leading Electrician (m/f/d)

• Leading the installation team and site coordination
• Coordination with project management and planning of workflows
• Personnel, material, and tool planning
• Execution of electrical installations and monitoring of quality and safety
• Coordination with clients, specialist planners, and other trades
• Participation in site meetings
• Recording measurements and additional work as well as checking reports
• Reporting schedule and cost deviations
• Site documentation and support during inspections, commissioning, and acceptance
• Guidance of apprentices and communication with trainers

Your profile

• Training as an electrical installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent
• Several years of experience in electrical installation, ideally with leadership experience
• Further training in electrical team leadership or site management is an advantage
• Confident handling of plans and schematics
• Knowledge of Swiss installation and safety regulations
• Experience with digital reports, Messerli knowledge is an advantage
• Organisational skills and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills and enjoyment of customer contact
