For our location in Emmen (LU), Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and committed individual as

Field Service Technician (m/f/d) 80-100%

We are seeking a reliable and experienced field service technician to strengthen our team. As a field service technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of shelving systems at our customers’ sites.

Your tasks:

• Assembly and installation of shelving systems, cloakroom, and operational equipment according to plan
• Carrying out maintenance work and repairs on existing shelving systems
• Advising and supporting customers on site
• Documenting the work performed

Requirements:

• Completed training in a manual trade is essential
• Experience in assembling shelving systems or comparable activities
• Independent and reliable working style
• Category B driving licence is essential
• Recognised licences for forklift and lifting platform are an advantage
• Good knowledge of German
• French is an advantage
• Willingness to undertake assemblies with hotel overnight stays (approx. 10 - 20%)
