Your Tasks

• Independent scheduling of national part-load transports as well as partial and full loads, taking economic and ecological aspects into account
• Central interface between sales, customers, and driving personnel: ensuring smooth communication and optimal coordination
• Personal customer support and competent advice over the phone
• Leadership, deployment planning, and support of driving personnel
• Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
• Handling various administrative tasks in daily business

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or equivalent further education
• Several years of professional experience as a transport dispatcher in Switzerland (mandatory), ideally in the area of part-load freight
• Willingness to work shifts (between approx. 04:30 and 22:30)
• High customer orientation, structured and efficient working style
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, and confident appearance in a dynamic environment
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
