• 3-year commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in the commercial field (experience in a similar role is an advantage)
• Very good German and English skills
• A service- and customer-oriented personality
• Quick comprehension so that you recognize relevant contexts and can set priorities
• Responsible, independent and precise work and an empathetic, open nature
Your tasks
• Digital recording of contracts in purchasing and sales
• Invoicing (accounts receivable)
• Organization of transport orders (domestic)
• Correspondence with agents, suppliers, freight forwarders (multilingual, written)
• Control of incoming payments including approvals
• Administrative support of green coffee traders
• Close cooperation with internal departments
