Shape nursing, empower people – your field of activity with us
- You ensure holistic, professionally sound, and safe care of our patients during the night
- You observe the condition of the people entrusted to you attentively, recognise changes early, and act calmly and thoughtfully in acute and emergency situations
- During your shifts, you independently bear nursing responsibility for the department and coordinate collaboration within the night team
- You document precisely and comprehensibly in our digital clinical information system and ensure a structured handover to the day shift
- In caring for our palliative patients, you accompany people and their relatives in challenging situations with calmness, empathy, and professional competence
- You work closely with the medical service and the interdisciplinary team
What you need to be successful
- You are a certified nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) and have experience in acute care
- You are comfortable working independently during the night shift; even in intense situations, you keep an overview and make confident decisions
- You find the broad medical spectrum of a familiar peripheral hospital exciting and enriching
- You treat people with respect and appreciation, as the best possible care for our patients is your top priority
- You work carefully, conscientiously, and gladly take on responsibility
- Fluent German completes your profile (if your diploma is from a foreign language, you bring a B2 certificate)
