Your main tasks:

- Conducting control and inspection rounds on technical systems
- Documenting defects or taking necessary measures to remedy defects
- Processing tickets (fault, maintenance, or repair tickets)
- Commissioning, coordinating, and accompanying internal service providers as well as third-party companies (within the scope of the responsibilities for maintenance, inspection, and repairs)
- On-call service

Your profile:

- Completed basic training in a craft or technical field
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Structured, precise, and independent working style
- High customer and service orientation as well as very good communication skills
- Driver's license category B and an impeccable record
